September 2005:  Rick obtained options on six properties, from Osage, Iowa to Lyle, Minnesota.

January 2006: Mitchell and Mower counties offered incentives and the board members chose to go with Mitchell County.

March 4, 2006:  The required amount of capital was raised to proceed with the project.

April 2006:  First well was drilled with excellent volume and quality. 

June 2006:  Major dewatering system was installed.  Had first full board meeting with all board members attending.

July 11, 2006:  Escrow closing.

July 15, 2006:  Began dirt work.  

August 9, 2006:  Things are proceeding well, currently we are ahead of schedule.  

August 18, 2006:  Loan closing with Home Federal and AgStar

August 24, 2006:  Groundbreaking celebration 

September 5, 2006:  Fagen, Inc. arrived

September 7, 2006:  Drilling was completed for third well (Well # 1:  360 feet deep, Well #'s 2 and 3:  442 feet deep)

September 20, 2006: Notice to Proceed was sent to Fagen, Inc.

November 29, 2006:  The project is ON SCHEDULE:  3,250 yards of concrete have been poured with 55 employees on site

February 2007:  Hired grain merchandiser

May 31, 2007:  Moved office to plant site

June 5, 2007:  First board meeting at new office

July 2007:  Hired plant manager

October 11, 2007: First truck of corn across scale

December 3, 2007:  First day of employee training

February 12, 2008:  First grind at 8:15 a.m.

March 3, 2008:  Loaded first rail car with ethanol

March 5, 2008:  Loaded DDGS

March 12, 2008: Received first payment for ethanol
